Once the package has left our SB Trapeze Co. facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
SB Trapeze Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers' responsibility to follow all directions. SB Trapeze Co.will not reimburse additional charges.
If a package is received damaged or mishandled, a photo must be provided indicating the damage and or mishandling before issuing a refund or a replacement.
It is the customers responsibility to contact the brand within 30 days for a failed delivery and/or damaged product/packaging in the event the package needs to be redelivered or returned after a thorough investigation.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused, or return to sender. SB Trapeze Co. has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.
